Please enclose all the forms supplied with your delivery. Goods must be returned within 21 days of despatch.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

We are not selling gift vouchers but there is a lyrics in our website`s chatterbox. One of our registered lucky customer will receive one of our products if she/he finds out and inform us the writer of this lovely lyric. She/he will be informed and announced at this website during Christmas. The product she/he wishes that is in our stocks with her/his initials embroidered will be delivered just before St.Valentine`s Day of 2007 free of charge.
When do I get my refund once I’ve returned an item?
Please give us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we’ve received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account.
You can receive your orders the next working day if your order has been confirmed before 15:00 PM CET depend upon the country and the location to be delivered as shown on th table above. Parcels are delivered on Monday to Friday only and probably may require signature of delivery.
Due to our packing system each product is packed and shipped separately.
In very rare circumstances we may not be able to fulfil your order. Should any problems with the availability of your order occur, we will let you know as soon as possible and keep you up to date.
What happens if I’m out when you deliver?
Most deliveries need to be signed for.
If you’re out when we try to deliver, they will try to find safe place to leave the parcel. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the depot. They’ll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next.
